With the onset of social media and the “new normal” in how we are expected to communicate to companies today, a blog format is a chance to discuss relevant topics and educate the wise and open minded.  The Human Balance, therefore, will primarily focus on human resources tips and techniques, organizational effectiveness (or ineffectiveness) and overall strategic and healthy cultural influences in the workplace.  The purpose of these future articles will serve to bring thought provoking ideas for the reader.  The ultimate result will be for us to learn together to grow our workforce emotionally with stability and increase our employees motivational loyalty.
